Schaedenfreude helps self-esteem!

So last Monday I was in the parking garage at work wearing these new jeans that were cute, although waaaay too long. Since the pants were too long, I wore extra high heels (or the "F*** Me" heels, as my friend says). Sure enough, as I was walking down the concrete stairs, my heel got caught in leg of my pants and BOOM! I fell down half a flight of stairs. Not only did I jack up my leg but good, but I completely embarrassed myself since there were other folks around. Mortifying!

But then I saw this and I feel allllls betta!

The real question is...why is that dude dressed like a steak?

PS-This also made me smile today. Andrew "Show Me the Placenta" Sullivan is taken down. Good.

If you're not watching...

...what's going on in Iran, you should be. It's fascinating...the people have had enough it would seem and who knows what the implications will be if this becomes a full-blown revolution ala 1979. This is potentially huge. Personally, I'm going to recommend Michael J. Totten's coverage (he does fantastic reporting on the Middle East...I discovered him during the Gaza Conflict), but the full line-up is here. I've seen a lot of the blogs touting Sullivan for info, but I won't link to him cuz he's a d**chebag.

"Death to this liar government" [via Totten]

Update: Heh. CNN: Epic Fail (as usual)

Update 2: Twitter is also being huge to get news on what's happening with real-time updates from the folks there. Search #iranelections...also @Change_for_Iran (amongst others).

Stupid, or Brilliant!

How 'bout stupidly brilliant?

Although the stupidest thing of all may be that I kinda wanted to join in...

Bless our Troops

Today is the 65th anniversary of D-Day, and in remembrance of that day, I'd like to thank all our troops for their service and pray for their safe return home to their loved ones.

Still crazy, still HILARIOUS!

Mel "Crazy-Face" Gibson was at the Spike TV Awards doing....something I dunno...riding a horse with his Viking helmet on apparently.

Oh Crazy-Face, you bring joy to my day!

One word review of Terminator: Salvation

Bad.

Here's a five word review:

Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad.

Seriously, not even the hotness that is Christian Bale could help...

His expletive-laden rant on the set was more entertaining!

Go see Star Trek instead.
